As part of the 2025 London Design Festival @I_d_f_official Japanese craft and design store @wagumi_london will present the third edition of
‘Kagoshima: Stories in Craft from South Japan, showcasing unique craft items from the Kagoshima prefecture. This exhibition offers a rare opportunity to explore the enduring crafts and stories of Kagoshima.
This year’s special spotlight is on woodworker Shintaro Oku @koppa.oku and his lead wood carving demonstrations and a hands-on chopstick carving workshops from the 13th to 15th.
